Chatify helps you engage customers directly via WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram, or your custom platform. Add a floating chat bubble to your Shopify store and start conversations instantly.
With Standard or Pro plans, you can manage channels, control page visibility, and limit chat by country.

🚀 Setup Guide
Step 1: Enable Chatify App Embed
1. Go to Online Store > Themes > Customize.
2. Open the App Embeds section.
3. Toggle Chatify ON.
4. Click Save ✅
> Required to display the chat bubble on your storefront.
Step 2: Add Messaging Channels
1. Open Chatify Settings.
2. Click + Add Channel.
3. Choose a platform: WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram, or Custom.
4. Set a label, phone number/link, and optionally a pre-filled message.
● Standard Plan: 1 default channel
● Pro Plan: Up to 10 channels, custom icons, and advanced targeting

💬 Chatify Status
● Toggle Enable Chatify to activate the chat widget on your store.
📲 Chat Channels
● Add Channel – Choose platform, set label, and link/phone.
● Custom Platforms – Upload your own icons (Pro only).
● WhatsApp Widget – Enable to show a pre-filled chat popup.
● Pre-filled Message – Optional default message for WhatsApp.
📄 Page Visibility
● All Pages – Show chat widget on the entire store.
● Specific Pages – Show only on selected pages (Pro only).
🌍 Country Restrictions
● Enable to restrict chat availability to selected countries (Pro only).
