When you open the Chatify app, you land on the Main Dashboard — your central hub for managing the app.

🚀 Setup Guide
Step 1: Activate Chatify App Embed
To display the chat bubble on your storefront:
1. Go to Online Store > Themes > Customize in your Shopify admin.
2. Open the App Embeds section.
3. Toggle Chatify ON to enable the chat bubble.
4. Click Save.
✅ Required for Chatify to work.
Step 2: Add Messaging Channels
1. Go to the Chatify Settings page.
2. Click + Add Channel.
3. Choose a platform: WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram, or Custom.
4. Set a label and add your messaging link.
You can add up to 14 channels with custom icons (Pro plan).

● Enable Chatify: Toggle ON to activate the chat bubble.
📲 Chat Channels
● Add Channel: Select a platform, set a label, and paste your link.
● Custom Platforms (Pro only): Upload your own icon.
● Remove Channel: Use the trash icon to delete a channel.
🎨 Chat Bubble Appearance
Customize how your bubble looks and where it appears:
