You're permitted to use only one copy of our extensions on onedevelopment and one live website for personal or business purposes. If you need to use it across multiple sites, you'll need to purchase a separate license.

Support & Bug-Fixing

Winsomies offers 90 days of free email support for any products purchased. Should you encounter any bugs, we're here to fix them as soon as possible.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all extensions. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can request a refund within 30 days.

Refund exceptions: Refunds are not available if the copyright is infringed. No refunds for installation, conflict resolution, or customization services. You can claim up to three refunds per year for extensions.

Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically after one year. You can turn off auto-renewal from your Account page if you wish. Manual renewal is available anytime.

Notification of Changes

Winsomies reserves the right to update these terms periodically. Continued use of the site means you accept any changes. We'll post updates here.

Custom Work Terms

  • Third-Party Conflict: Not liable for conflicts caused by third-party plugins/themes.
  • Staging Site Requirement: Needed for all custom work projects.
  • Additional Features: New features requested will require new quotes and timelines.
  • Post-Delivery Changes: Website changes after delivery aren't covered under old agreements.
  • Milestone-Based Refunds: Refunds will apply only to the specific milestone affected.
